You know the slightly sweet brown bread that you often get before meals at restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and Outback Steakhouse? So yummy. And Michal Grappe has a great recipe for outback bread right here! I like to add oats on top with an egg wash as well! That makes it more like the Cheesecake Factory bread!

There’s lots of delicious ingredients in this recipe, like molasses, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and sunflower lecithin which helps texture. I find this recipe to take quite a long time rise, I’m not quite sure why. I need try it in the oven when it’s set on Proof so I can test it in a controlled temp.
